Todd Clark has been in the real estate industry for over ten years. He became an agent with Gerretson Realty in 2006. He works in the investment industry and is well versed on helping buyers find sound investments.
Todd sits on a couple boards serving as a Vice President and Treasurer. His board experience with investment property, sitting on a Home Owner Association board, helps ensure the direction of his property investments are moving in a positive direction. His additional board experiences with Sense of Security, a Colorado based non-profit helping Colorado residents with financial assistance while going through breast cancer treatment, shows his commitment to helping the Denver community. Both of these boards allows him to give back to the Denver community that he loves. Todd’s helped a lot of buyers and sellers over the years. He’s been very successful in helping buyers find homes that they love and sellers get out from their properties as needed. Todd takes pride in this process and really enjoys the interaction with his clients. His experience managing investment properties, board experience, prior work with clients, and his close ties to the Denver community make him very knowledgeable of the Denver market.
Todd graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Business Management. He also holds a Master’s degree from Rockhurst University in Business Administration.
