After receiving my BA from Colorado College in 2008, I decided to put roots down in Colorado and make this state my home. I knew that real estate was a passion of mine when I spent my nights exploring neighborhoods, searching for listings and assessing recent home sales.
When I passed the real estate exam, I realized I was in a position to show my clients that being a homeowner in Denver is attainable despite living in one of the most competitive housing market. From a Boston transplant to a Colorado resident, I’ve seen the significant shift in the Denver market that is reminiscent of Boston real estate – one that favors those who invest at an earlier time point.
As a fellow homeowner and investment property owner, I know the financial stability that a home purchase provides and want my clients to also have that security. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer or someone on their second or third home, I find a home that is tailored to their lifestyle and one that suits them long-term needs. Buying a home is understandably a stressful endeavor but it’s my job to answer questions, meet deadlines, and negotiate to ensure my clients are confident with their purchase.
When I’m out of realtor mode, I like to stay active in the Denver Gay and Lesbian Flag Football League, spend quality time with family and friends, binge on reality TV, and eat at one of Denver’s newest restaurants.
