John Wyszynski became a partner with Gerretson Realty in 2001, merging a business background a passion for renovated historic Denver homes. John studied economics at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio before earning his MBA from the University of Chicago.
For twenty years he worked in Institutional Sales, analyzing the infrastructure that builds strong neighborhoods and savvy investment strategies. This experience allows John to help investors make the best decisions when developing their portfolios, an ability which has been honored multiple times by the Realtor Roundtable of Excellence.
Having lived in Denver since 1982, John prides himself in his residency in some of the area’s finest neighborhoods, including Park Hill, Platt Park, Washington Park, and Country Club. He is a member of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art and President of the Colorado Rhodesian Ridgeback Club.
