Gino Valverde is a Denver native, a graduate of North High School, and alumni of Metropolitan State University. An interest in film and television brought him to Los Angeles in his early years where he worked in television production for Paramount Pictures, Moffit-Lee Productions and Imagine Entertainment.
Gino returned to Denver in 88’, joined Gerretson Realty Inc. in 1993 and has enjoyed residential sales ever since. He is committed to providing the highest quality of service for his Sellers, Buyers and Investors. His creative instincts, extensive practical experience and knowledge of past and present area trends make him an ideal, well-rounded agent in progressive home investing. His designations include, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CRIS (Certified Residential Investor Specialist) and EcoBroker Certified.
In addition to real estate sales, he has solid experience in the related fields of property management, project management (renovation), worked as designer for a reputable interior design firm in Denver, and is currently an independent operator of Valverde Property Services offering home improvement and landscaping solutions.
Gino spends his free time with his dog Quinn, biking, camping, motorcycles, cooking and travel with special interests in indie film, art, design and nature.
