A native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, I continued my west-ward migration to Denver in 1992 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The city and state has been my home for nearly 30 years, and I’ve witnessed remarkable changes, from the addition of the Rockies ( I’m a huge fan) and the Avalanche to the stunning growth, development, and re-development of the metro region.
Since 1996 I have owned and operated Tscribe.com, a provider of transcription, translation, and captioning services. As an experienced small business owner, along with coursework in financial planning and mortgage lending, I bring a unique perspective to my work as a broker associate.
A long-time observer of the real estate market (and who doesn’t love to talk real estate?), I bought my first home in 1997 and my first rental property in 2014. Denver is a challenging market for both first-time buyers and seasoned owners alike, but opportunities remain and I’m excited to work with clients ready to own a piece of the Colorado experience.
Of course that experience includes being outside as much as possible, and some of my hobbies include participation in the Denver Gay & Lesbian Flag Football league, pickleball, biking, and making sure Oskar the dog gets at least one good walk a day.
