Christina Lammermann started working in Denver real estate in 1979. Since then she has received the Denver Board of Realtors Million Dollar Roundtable Award from excellence in real estate sales and listing 18 times.
Along with her husband, Christina has participated hands on in multiple renovation projects. This experience helped her to understand the costs, processes, budget, and renting for some of Denver’s historic structures. As a hobby, Christina has read extensively about Denver’s rich history, providing her with unique insights on every neighborhood and property she encounters. For Christina, first time buyers and new investors are her favorite clients, as they allow her the opportunity to share her knowledge on the benefits of home ownership.
