The Country Club Historic Neighborhood was developed in the early 1900s in conjunction with the Denver Country Club and was designated as a Historic Landmark District in 1990. Historically and architecturally rich, this beautiful residential neighborhood’s quiet, tree-lined streets accommodate dozens of well-maintained, classically designed houses in a myriad of traditional styles.  Stroll with us as we take a closer look at some of the houses on Humboldt Street designed by historical Denver architects such as Maurice Biscoe, Harry Manning, and the l’Ecole des Beaux Arts-trained Jacques B. Benedict.

Location: Meet for coffee at COFFEE NOVO, 1700 East 6th Avenue at Gilpin Street, on southeast corner.  At 9:00am meet for the tour in the 100 block of Humboldt Street.  Please be respectful of the neighbors.  Thank you.

Cost: $10 general, no cost to ICAA Members
