Location: At 8:30am meet for coffee at Starbucks, 1209 E. Alameda Avenue, just east of Downing Street. Approximately seven blocks to the northeast is the Brinkerhoff Mansion, 1681 E. Cedar Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80209, located on the south side of the Denver Country Club golf course at South Gilpin Street. The tour will begin at 9:00am.
Parking: Near the intersection of E. Cedar Avenue and So. Gilpin Street, you will see a rust-colored basket-weave fence and a brick gateway with the address. DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH THE GATE. You will find parking along the street on E. Cedar Avenue and S. Gilpin Street and other streets nearby. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Walk through the brick gate and down the gravel driveway to the front of the house where you will be greeted. Thank you.
